Cream Cheese Frosting

Anything other than pure icing sugar will make the frosting runny. 

INGREDIENTS

250 g Unsalted butter (9oz)
250 g Philadelphia cream cheese (9oz)
500g pure icing sugar, sifted. (18oz)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Cream the butter till its smooth. 
  2. Add cream cheese and beat till fully incorporated in the butter.
  3. Turn mixer to low and add icing sugar.
  4. add vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  5. Turn mixer to high and mix till frosting is smooth and of a spreadable consistency.
