Cream Cheese Frosting
Anything other than pure icing sugar will make the frosting runny.
INGREDIENTS
250 g Unsalted butter (9oz)
250 g Philadelphia cream cheese (9oz)
500g pure icing sugar, sifted. (18oz)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Cream the butter till its smooth.
- Add cream cheese and beat till fully incorporated in the butter.
- Turn mixer to low and add icing sugar.
- add vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Turn mixer to high and mix till frosting is smooth and of a spreadable consistency.
